About us

There is a storied and lengthy, albeit choppy, history of American soccer. Leagues have come and gone, taking countless clubs with them. “Will it work this time?” has been a constant refrain amongst both supporters and observers year in and year out.

The governing body of the American game, the United States Soccer Federation, documents very little - at least that is outwardly displayed for public consumption. That is what we are trying to change with Form.

FORM is a project that was established to document the design, history and culture of American club soccer. That means we do not focus on the national team, just the club game.

A pyramid diagram, representing the American soccer pyramid, divided into three horizontal sections labeled D1, D2, and D3 from top to bottom.

We want to connect with the American soccer community. Clubs, supporters groups, individual supporters, designers, makers, creators, etc. It is a massive country and there are so many incredible stories to be told, so much history that needs to be recorded.

We are always taking submissions or photos, videos or anything else. If you’re interested on working together or linking up at a game, please reach out!
